Waste Water Treatment Plant
This was the initial stage in an approach to also upgrade their sand washing process and the handling of waste water on site.
With an existing network of equipment for the holding of the sludge and clean water MIMICO Engineering accepted the challenge used 3D design to facilitate the full integration of the new LT-500 into the process.
Project Highlights:
- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) included for automated process control of chemical dosing.
- Full 3D design to facilitate the integration of the LT-500 with existing equipment on site.
- High specification paint specification finish to withstand environmental conditions.
- Additional capacity for future process plant upgrades.
